My washer is destined for the graveyard. They tried his best, but the transmission couldn't go another spin. He was a very professional and explained things throughly. First time customer, I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

The water pump on my washing machine went out. That is Fixable was able to come out to my house the following day, took a look and gave me a firm quote for repair. He did have to come back after the weekend with the part, but its fixed now and running great. I have an older machine, so was advised how to keep it going for (hopefully) a few more years until it has to be replaced. Im very happy with their level of service and professionalism.

Excellent experience with Thats Fixable! Convenient appointment making with a very quick response and fast scheduling. Communication was great and Viacheslav explained what my problem was, after fully assessing my washing machine, and what the best solution was very thoroughly and fixed it as soon as the parts came in! Pricing was very reasonable and the service was some of the best I have ever experienced! Definitely recommend Thats Fixable for anyone needing help with finicky appliances!
