- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for reviews! All work is warrantied for one year (material failure is not included however most materials come with their own warranties). Pricing varies anywhere from $85 to $150 and hour plus the material cost plus tax but it really depends on the job. We also give FREE estimates! If you want a solid price just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers typically connect us with us about a project or issue then we discuss what he best solution is. If the project is a something that takes a day or more we will come out and take a look and give an estimate for free. Then we schedule. We send the invoice over email or text and then the customer pays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Various apprenticeship schools. -Over a decade of experience as a journeyman level electrician -State Electrical Contractor Test Passed and current license up to date -City Electrical Contractor Test Passed and current license up to date
