- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the square footage or hours involved in the photography project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will chat with my new customers to ensure that I have a clear understanding of their photography needs. I also have a Real Estate house prep sheet that I email to clients to ensure that their home is ready for the photo shoot which allows the photo shoot to go smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an active TN Real Estate License (since 2002) so I understand the importance of photography in selling a property. I was previously licensed (Realtor) in Indiana from 1997 - 2002.
