FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an active member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals and a current student of Madison Area Technical College to continue my professional development in the areas of marketing, business administration, and education.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important for the client to remember that the person they are hiring is an enhanced extension of themselves. What they are able to accomplish in the days or hours that the client is working or resting is priceless. They are focused on the client's specific needs and allowing the client to get more done in less time.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Organization is not as easy as shuffling papers around and throwing everything away. Real organization takes careful consideration of the client and their needs. If the client cannot understand or easily utilize the system, the organizer has failed. Likewise, if a client does not maintain the system, the system cannot function without proper participation. That is the reason why I take careful consideration in the review process, asking all the questions necessary to ensure the client's needs will be met and that the maintenance is reasonable.
