- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) Our dispatch/Diagnostic fee is $78, we take as much time as necessary to deliver an accurate diagnosis and resolution to the problem 2) We will then provide honest answers, an explanation of the needed repairs and up front pricing to resolve the problem 3) We will quote the cost of the repair prior to starting any work, that means no surprises. you will know the cost upfront. 4) We stand behind our work with a 1-year limited guarantee on residential repairs which cover parts and labor (excluding refrigerant, compressors, coils and water leaks.)
