- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide detailed estimates with the proposed course of action we plan to take to ensure the resolution of the customer's issue. The estimate is broken down by line items so the customer can see the cost of each task at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the potential customer's contact information, we will schedule an appointment to meet at the proposed job-site to discuss their needs. At the end of the discussion we will perform a site evaluation, and record measurements if needed. Afterwards we will create and email a detailed estimate showing the step-by-step process we plan to take to resolve the issue and follow up to answer any questions they may have. If the proposal is accepted, we will call 811 and get the customer on our schedule within the next available time frame.
