- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as transparent as possible in my fees. A Last Will & Testament + Living Will Package is $200; An Uncontested Divorce without children is a flat $900; An Uncontested Divorce with children is a flat $1,050; My hourly rate for Contested Divorces is $250 and I charge a $2,500 retainer. Any questions about other services, just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer should schedule an initial consultation; this can be done over Zoom or on the phone. I'll then email over an Intake Form that can be completed on a computer or smartphone; this provides me with the information needed to get started. We'll communicate through a secure portal so you'll always know that the latest status of your case is. I'll work to complete your case as efficiently as possible.
