So far I am impressed. The tech showed up on time and was quite friendly. He treated my car for about an hour and the smoke smell that was there is gone. There was an overwhelming smell of ozone for the first 24 hours. It has since subsided some. I am sure it will disappear soon as the weather warms and I can open my windows more. I help people quit smoking, so if this stays effective in my car I will certainly send them business.

A good deal on a car belonging to a chain smoker. A week in 90's temps later and the stench is still completely gone. Highly recommended for tough odor removal.

We had a dog that was sprayed by a skunk. Although our dog was only in the house for a couple of minutes, our whole house reeked, clothes, carpets, drapes, everything. The technicians came in, set up the machines,and left. They were friendly, compassionate, and professional. The smell was taken care of. When we still detected a scent on a mattress, they came back and redid that room. No questions, no complaints. I recommend this company, not only for their odor removal services but because they were easy to work with and eager to please.
