Tim was great! Friendly and got in and out of my apartment to remove a washer and dryer in about 30 mins. I will keep him in mind for future junk removal. He is reasonably priced in comparison to other removal services I looked into.

Tim arrived at the appointed time, went straight to work loading the items, swept the garage floor, and was done in no time. Prior to moving to TN, we used other junk removal companies. None compared to Tim at Elite Removal. Highly recommend using him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% military, first responder, and senior citizen discounts, as well as multi load and multi-customer discounts. If you have others near you who need a similar service we can lower the prices due to lowered overhead costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get pictures and provide a free estimate. Sometimes the prices are more or less than what was quoted, but we are transparent about prices before work begins. If someone does not confirm pricing before work begins please let us know.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the military for 22+ years and have had to complete my fair share of dirty jobs. Professionalism and honesty are two of our key tenets and we will provide that for all customers.
