From the moment I met Jim I knew I had went with the right company. He was very honest and I felt like I could trust him. As much as I hated the fact that I was going through this situation of having bed bugs, he made me feel very comfortable and not ashamed at all. He was even kind enough to talk to my landlord about it and explained the entire process. His price was half of what our apartments pest control person quoted me (who by the way went through my whole apartment and said he couldn't find anything) which gave the problem more time to grow. I truly would recommend Him to everyone because I can tell he cares about the people he's helping and it's not just about money. An amazing guy who does an amazing job!

Jim,
Came out in a timely fashion to help us with our bug and spider issues. He sprayed the house inside and out. Immediately we could tell a difference. Bugs were laying flat on their bag on the front porch and in certain parts of the house. He was professional and went beyond the call of duty by leaving us a bottle of spray to follow-up in those dark, hard to reach places. I would give Jim a "5 out of 5" for a job well done!

He quickly found and showed me signs of termite activity. Made it easy to work out a time convenient to me when he would come back to apply the termitecide treatment. Called ahead that day to see if it was still convenient and came right away.
