Metro recently replaced our HVAC system and furnace. They worked very diligently with us to make sure that we were receiving the product and services that we desired within our budget. We did have a bit of a miscommunication at one point when I received the final invoice, but upon discussing this misunderstanding further they provided us with a solution that we were very happy with. They genuinely value customer satisfaction and we would be happy to work with them again in the future.

We called right before lunch on Sunday. Our PRV had erupted in our crawl space late Saturday eve.. Metro was professional from the initial call to Izaac completing the work within a few hours of calling. Izaac called 20 min prior to showing up. When he arrived, Izaac was professional courteous and forthright with an honest quote. We Couldn't be more pleased. Would recommend.
