When I began having trouble going upstairs due to my arthritis, my husband and I realized that I needed a stairlift. We called 101 Mobility, and within a couple of days one of their representatives came to our house. Cody showed us the different models that they carried and advised us on our best option. I've had my stairlift since July of this year, and from day one, it's been a life-saver. It's easy and safe to use, and has eliminated chances of falling on the stairs. The installation only took a few hours, and follow-up has been prompt. If you need a stairlift in your home, call 101 Mobility. It's a reputable company with good people and good service. Our experience with Cody was excellent. He was both the salesman and installer of our new stairlift. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and professional. We cant speak to the quality or longevity of the equipment yet as this is day one, but it appears to be well built and we expect it to last a long time.

My mom was trying to get the chairlift installed by nameless company to come service the chairlift and replace the battery but the nameless company said that it would be two weeks before they could come and they really didn't care how my 80+ year old parents could function without the chairlift. My mom contacted 101 Mobility and the receptionist contacted Cody and asked could he assist. Although most companies don't like working on others install, I am very thankful that Cody made a way to my parents house and serviced the chairlift. Cody made some adjustments, changed batteries and tightened everything down like it should've been done by the nameless company. My parents were very happy with the service Cody provided and I am more thankful because I'm 4 hrs away so being that Cody could take the time to help my parents during a pretty stressful time is greatly appreciated.
