FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies heavily if I can't see things myself. Estimates done without an on-site evaluation are likely to change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A simple greeting, and I do like to talk about the job to get as much info as I can. Ideally, I keep them as clients because it helps with future work to know that nothing has changed unless I changed it. Things run more smoothly that way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some basic on-site training, but things got much more advanced as I stepped into classes at Chattanooga State and began to learn more about code and began furthering my knowledge and understanding of electrical work. Soon I will also have more licensing to go with the certifications/experience.
