- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Making the shoot affordable is my main goal. I offer 20 percent off to returning clients. I offer discounts upon purchase of multiple prints. My turn around time for getting photos back to client is the fastest around, typically within 2 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an idea of what they want, showing them my past work to show what to expect, sending a contract to ensure the shoot and have in writing what we agreed upon so there is no misunderstandings from either party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several photo/video classes throughout high school and college. I have a few mentors I consistently shadow and learn from. I have also taught classes on photography and lighting to middle schoolers.
