4-stars only because of the price, and I didn't actually see his work done. However, I met him in conversation thru thumbtack.com on line. He got back to me in a timely manner within 24 hrs, and was extremely nice. I live on SS, and wasn't able to afford his fee, but he was nice enuf to give me advice about my 600 gallon pond over the phone, which most people wouldn't do. He didn't have to, but he did. He really knew what he was talking about, it was apparent. He took a lot of his time to explain things to me about why my pump wasn't working, etc. I really did appreciate a professional person taking time to give free advice because he didn't have to do that in the least. It was because he is a nice human being and a Christian that cares. I was impressed with his knowledge. I have two friends that have ponds, so I've put John's number in my phone, and will recommend him to them and others here in Cleveland. Nobody in this town works on ponds. We need a smart guy like John. I would highly recommend him.

John replaced two broken windows at a rental house. While the job was small, John treated it with utmost importance. He responded quickly and frequently, and I'll definitely use him again for other projects. I highly recommend John's company.
