Shawn took a complicated job of putting together an elliptical machine and did it expertly. He is an intelligent problem solver who was careful to do the job the right way. Plus he communicated well prior to the visit by promptly returning my phone call and message and arriving when he said he would. A friendly person also. A+ 5 star. Couldn’t be more pleased.
