- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, a client will set up a free in-home consultation. During the consultation we will bring samples to your home, take measurements, and provide the client with a free quote. There is no obligation to buy, however the client has as long as they need to decide if they would like to work with us.

All of our clients have been very pleasant to work with, we appreciate all of the opportunities that we have had to work with amazing people!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
