I like to think outside the box. Anyone can stand in front of a muslin backdrop with studio lights and conditions that change very little, if at all. But I like to find locations that one normally doesn't think of when it comes to a portrait. Along a railroad track as a train is passing by, a city sidewalk or the entrance to an old building will always give you a memorable portrait. Something else that sets my work apart from the rest is how at ease I make the client feel. I play music during the sitting and don't just talk to the client, but ho,d a conversation with them. Before they no it, it's as though they forget that there's even a camera involved. Showing the client who doesn't believe that they are photogenic, that everyone one is photogenic.
