Donna, I intentionally did not respond to your first review because I wanted to make sure 1. we were all on the same page with what was actually included in your custom cleaning package and 2. to make sure you knew we were going to make it right no matter what. We did both. You and Marc were a pleasure to talk to on the phone and text. Very nice and even complimentary after we revisited. The words you left here even in your edited review are not indicative of any interaction we had on phone or text. Our cleaner came equipped, she actually used all of her solution (more than normal) while cleaning and scrubbing your baseboards. We cleaned more than 800sqft and we don't price per sqft, this was a very deep clean. Of course I asked if you would care to modify the 2-star review after we made it right. Still strange to me you left that review after we committed to rushing back out to make it right. Those things really do impact a locally run small business like us. We take pride in our communication and we stand behind our satisfaction guarantee, so on the rare occasion that things don't go perfect, we NEVER leave anyone hanging. That's our promise.
