Chase Griffith was very detailed in his estimate for major foundation work. He was so thorough in his job that I won't be getting another quote. If I can, I will definitely be hiring his team to do my repairs.

Austin D was able to get out to my place within a couple of days of my initial call. He and I spent three hours going over the issues with my sagging floors and how to fix them. After I made the decision to schedule the repairs Adam C and Parker M came three days later to do the work. They offered to do the work the next day but I had to go out of town! Everyone was professional and courteous. They all called before they came and showed up on time. The work was good and the job was completed within a week of me calling. Absolutely satisfying experience, I highly recommend.

Brady Webster,, Christopher Smith, and Donald Roberts were very efficient. They inspected the parts that were used to support my sub floor and had to call in for replacement parts when they discovered defective parts. This shows excellent attention to detail. Additionally, they were meticulous in the final leveling of the floor and improvements have already been notified. Overall, a job well done.

We contacted AFS for my mother's crawlspace inspection because we noticed signs of possible water damage to a section of her hardwood floor. AFS was able to come out within 48 hours. Derrick Lizana was professional, thorough, and extremely patient with our questions and concerns. He identified the source of the water leakage and provided a labor intensive assessment on how to waterproof my mom's crawlspace. He guided us on the options for the next best steps to take and we appreciated and trusted the expertise of Derrick Lizana and AFS!
