FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Trimming- thinning out a tree's canopy or removing limbs strategically to reduce the chance of damage during a storm. We remove dead limbs that can be a danger on the property, cause rot and eventually kill a tree. We also trim trees away from utility lines and structures. Removal- When a tree can not be saved or is a danger to our clients and their property, they can count on us to remove it safely. We can use a bucket truck, professional climbers, or a crane to remove any tree, from very small to very big! Planting- we have a unique relationship with a local tree farm that allows us to get our clients a good price on planting trees on their property! Mulching- We recommend mulching the base of your trees yearly. Cabling- This technique is used to secure a potentially dangerous limb, or a split trunk tree. It helps decrease the chance of damage during a storm and in some cases can save a tree from having to be removed. We also maintain previously installed cables. We also provide landscaping services!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently removed a very large oak tree for a client who had built their deck around the tree! To make things more tricky, there was no way of accessing the back yard because the house was on a steep slope. Other tree services came out to quote the job and never called back. We were able to use a large crane from the front yard, extended over the house and remove the tree piece by piece with no hick-ups and nothing ever touching the clients home. The clients were so relieved to see it go, and were very happy with the price we were able to give them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Your decision should not be made by price alone. In our industry especially, there are other factors that should also be considered before choosing a contractor! Experience, schedule, references, equipment, training and safety of the staff, condition of the property when the work is complete, insurance, and licensing should definitely be on your radar!
