Credentials and work experiences are as follows: * Master's degree in special education * Tennessee certification in middle grades 4-8 * Federally reported highly qualified in reading K-8 and language arts K-8 * Taught middle school and high school students where the focus was language for four years * Currently works as a reading interventionist * Has worked with three separate, established reading programs * Possesses a passion for teaching reading to those who are struggling with phonics, vocabulary and comprehension * Enjoys seeing confidence grow in students when they improve in these areas * Tennessee certification in Visual Arts K-12 * Managed an Art Club in middle school, teaching basic art principles. * Supervised fundraising program in high school, selling arts and crafts projects * Has a passion for art and enjoys seeing a sense of accomplishment when students complete works of art that they have created
