I was looking for someone to go to once a month as I build up a lot of tension competing in krav maga (martial arts) as well as bodybuilding and this was great. The venue is also very professional. Yuanjie was extremely punctual/quick in responding and fitting me in! I have been to a few private massage therapists in the Nashville area and she takes the cake in terms of attention to detail and paying attention to areas of tension as well as incorporating hand, elbow, palm, and foot walking poles (which was great for me as a very thick muscular guy)

She was fantastic. I requested deep tissue with strong pressure. She walked on my back, dug into knots with her fingers, rolled them out with her arms; she hit knots that no other therapist I’ve been to found; she pulled my arms, pushed my legs, stretched my hips and popped my back; routinely checking in to see that the pressure was okay, and once reminding me to breathe. Room was comfortable, smelled clean, draping sheet soft and light. Very friendly, excellently priced, puts you at ease, and knows what she’s doing. Will be back for certain, even though the drive is 40 min for me. Worth it!

I wish I could give more stars!! She is very knowledgeable at what she knows & it shows! I am left extremely relaxed & ready for bed. Grateful for the ability to be able to have access to therapist that know what they are doing & love it. She cares & it shows! Definitely will be calling her again! ❤️

Was an amazing massage. Training for a Spartan race can wear your body down, but Yuanjie knowledge of sports massage the combination of stretching and massage brought recovery to my shoulders and legs that was much needed.
