Introduction: The bride is the star of her wedding. The wedding cake is the star of the reception. Both should harmonize. Both should be beautiful. And as each bride is individual and unique, so should the wedding cake. With more than thirteen years experience, no two cakes have ever been alike. Each bride gives her own ideas to me, and as an artist, I interpret those ideas, incorporating the wedding dress design as much as possible into the design of the cake. Secondly, the cake should always be delicious. The variety of flavors and fillings are extensive, and I prefer that the bride schedule a tasting. Costs are very fair and usually includes my setting up the cake(s) and remaining on site to cut and serve.
