I can't express enough gratitude for the wonderful quality job Image Restoration did on restoring old photos that were torn and loosing their brightness for our family. I want to thank you for doing such a great job of restoring a wedding photo and bringing them both back to life. They were married in Thailand sixty years ago. The gentleman has passed away, and the lady is now recovering from a heart attack.
The live motion photos made all the difference in her life. They brought joy and love to her heart, and she cried tears of happiness.

I have had 3 badly deteriorated photographs, one 58 years old, another 113 years old and the third 162 years old. The restoration was beyond anything I could have hoped for. My forefathers came back to life and can be enjoyed with my family. Thank you for your excellent work. For anyone that wants quality restoration, this is the place to be.

I found old photographs of my father in which he is still young. I thought that I would have to throw them away since they were already wrinkled and in very bad condition. But I cam here and they helped me solve this problem. I am incredibly grateful, because I really value every memory of my father, this company helped preserve several more pf these.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photo restoration pricing starts at $34.95 for a basic restoration but can vary depending on the damage such as rips, tears, water damage, facial reconstruction, etc. Most photos fall between $34.95 and $80. We also have additional discounts for submitting multiple photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will send us the photos they would like to have restored via our website, email, or through Thumbtack. We can provide a quick and simple quote based on the photos or you can use the self checkout on our website to get a quote yourself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive experience in photo restorations and the tools that are necessary to do the work. Photo restorations are half technical knowledge and have artistic interpretations. Our team is skilled at bringing these two worlds together to create the best photo possible for years to come.
