- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For vacation/short term rental management, customers should understand that the vacation rental market has the potential to make you significantly more revenue monthly than traditional long term rentals. The management involvement is daily with checkin/out, housekeeping, etc. Pricing is set at a flat commission % of the booking revenue. We do offer discounts however depending on the need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will get to know you, what are your needs and wants with the property. We will perform a rental analysis to determine of the cash flow matches with your goals. We will review our contract and meet at the property for the initial inspection and meeting. Once you decide to hire us, it takes us approximately 10 days to get everything live including professional photos, setup on over 100 booking sites and more.
