Terry and Owen were fantastic. My builder called a simple simple power wash his post construction clean so my windows still had stickers, paint, caulk, palm prints, dirt inside (too high to access) and water spots outside. The windows are now beautiful and crystal clear. Amazingly, I now like my house more and feel more cheerful. The price was very reasonable for all the extra work and will be substantially less next time.

We have some windows that are impossible (for me) or very hard to get to, and these guys used equipment and effort (and skill) to do a nice job on 17 windows for $200. There was a mix-up between my wife (who was gone when they came) and me about which windows, and without arguing they came back to do a few they had missed. They were super professional and efficient. I give 5 stars cheerfully, but they had agreed on-site to include making a swipe at the windows in our garage door, which they didnt do the first time because the door had been retracted when they were finishing up and I was on a client call (but they didnt try to tell me that as I signed the papers approving the work), and they skipped it again on the re-visit even though we specifically discussed it on the spot. Ill be calling them about it and if they come back to do that Ill update (assuming I can figure out how). I would say just plan to be better customers than we were by being there and actively confirming exact work and inspecting before they leave. I still would use them again for sure. (Update: they cheerfully came a third time and got the garage windows. Nice.)
