- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive prices along with discount and incentive pricing based on the work needed to be performed. For customers that accept service quotes, we credit back the initial service fee to the final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the initial inquiry and based on the urgency, we will schedule an appropriate time for us to come out and meet with the client and perform a diagnostic test to better understand the issue. Based on our findings, we will then provide the client with recommendations on how to move forward. We make sure that our clients have a good understanding of their different options and will provide multiple quotes upon request to ensure the customer feels comfortable with the price and service being provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Are team is lead by owner and founder Stephen Smith, who is a certified Master Licensed Plumber. He received his Master License from the Texas State Board of Plumbing in 2023. He has 11 years plus of experience in the trade and is also licensed to operate in both Texas and Tennessee.
