- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Hands Down Cleaning, we believe in transparent and fair pricing with no hidden fees. Here’s what you can expect: Base Rates are based on your home or facility size, cleaning type (standard, deep, move-in/out), and frequency (one-time or recurring). Recurring Discounts – Save 5–15% when you book weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. Add-On Services – Optional extras like steam sanitation, interior window cleaning, baseboard detailing, carpet shampooing, and grout brightening are available at fixed rates. No Surprise Fees – We’ll confirm the price before we begin. If anything changes (e.g., extra rooms, special requests), we’ll always discuss it with you first. Supplies Provided – We bring all cleaning supplies unless you request we use yours. Natural-product preferences are welcomed! We aim to give you top-tier results at a fair price—and we’ll work with your budget wherever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Quote We start by understanding your cleaning needs—type of service, number of rooms, frequency, and any special requests (e.g., natural products, pets, deep cleaning). Based on that, we provide a clear quote and service breakdown. Scheduling Once the quote is approved, we’ll coordinate a time that fits your schedule. We’re flexible and can often accommodate preferred days and times. Service Day Our team arrives fully equipped (unless you’re providing supplies) and ready to work. We walk through the space with you (if you're home) to confirm focus areas—especially if there’s grout work, appliance cleaning, or custom requests. Quality Cleaning We clean thoroughly and efficiently using safe, effective methods. If steam sanitation, aroma treatment, or specialty services were requested, we ensure they’re completed with care. Final Walkthrough (if applicable) Before we leave, we offer a walkthrough to review the work and make sure you're satisfied. Your feedback matters and helps us improve every visit. Follow-Up & Recurring Scheduling After the first clean, we check in to see how everything went. If you're happy, we’ll help set up recurring service if desired—weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

I bring a combination of real-world experience, leadership training, and industry knowledge to my cleaning services: Military Background (2015–Present): My service in the U.S. Army has instilled discipline, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic—core values I carry into every cleaning job. I’ve held roles such as Human Resources Assistant and Forward Observer, where precision and accountability were key. Hands-On Industry Experience: I founded Hands Down Cleaning in 2018 and have personally handled a wide range of residential and commercial cleaning projects. Over the years, I’ve developed systems for deep cleaning, steam sanitation, and specialty treatments like grout brightening and aroma treatments. Ongoing Training: I continuously study OSHA safety standards, eco-friendly cleaning practices, and efficiency-focused techniques to stay ahead in the industry. I also train team members personally to maintain quality and consistency across all jobs.
