- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is market value. I offer senior and military discounts. No hidden fees or charges. My quotes will clearly show what's included and not included in my price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walking the site/project with the customer and asking several questions to insure we see the project in the same light. It's very important to understand what the customer wants and to make sure we are the same page from the get-go. What I have learned over time is there might be some unforeseen issues with the job that the customer doesn't see or know. It's my 20+ years in excavation that has taught me to bring these situations up in the beginning if possible so I can make the customer happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is 20+ years traveling the United States as a Project Manager for a communications company. I have managed over 21 projects on 21 different military posts installing outside communication infrastructural. I have worked side by side with customers such as AT&T, Verizon, and General Dynamics just to name a few. On a military base, you have to put back the earth as good or better when working these contracts. After my days traveling I started my own communication company and a lawn care company here in Clarksville. My lawn care company is Real Nice Lawn Care, LLC.
