We absolutely LOVE our Ezebreeze patio enclosure!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We cant say enough about the professionalism and workmanship of Curtis and his whole team. The room is amazing! They even added the doggie door to it. Now we get to put our finishing touches on the inside.

I have so many superlatives on my experience with Merrill, with the installation of a deck awning. Ill start at the beginning. During the initial estimate I found Curtis to be a man of honor, which is hard to find these days. Id strongly advise do your research on perspective vendors and have that candid conversation w/them regarding recent reviews good or bad. Itll go along way in establishing a workable relationship and insuring a pleasurable experience is realized. Curtis listened to our wishes/concerns, then recommended a proposal, meeting our expectations. The next step took me aback, I mentioned having to deal with my HOA to approve construction of the deck awning. To my surprise, Merrill handles drafting the request for submission/approval, ridding me of that task. Also, what can I say about Tamera, shes on her game. She kept the information flow smooth, efficient and kept us updated every step of the way. Finally, David and his team were professional and their workmanship was impeccable.

Highly recommend Merrell Home Improvement. Several years ago they installed windows in my home with a lifetime warranty. Recently a couple windows were needing some attention. I reached out to Merrell via Facebook. The lady guided me through a few simple steps like taking pictures of the windows and taking pictures of the serial numbers. When the windows came in, they called me and we set up an appointment. The installer came and swapped out the windows and that was it. I am greatful and thankful for their kindness, professionalism, and for making this process very easy.

I work in construction myself, and I know a good contractor when I see one. He is a straight shooter and highly experienced. You simply dont make it in the business as long as he has without doing solid work.
