We have a structured scale of pricing based off square footage.

It's usually a meet and greet. I talk to the customer to find out their needs and get details, and then I offer a price and get the job done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out doing housekeeping at a hotel, then I transitioned to move out cleaning, painting & power washing.
