My passion started in childhood, helping in my mother’s vegetable garden, and has grown into a career built largely on neighbor referrals who’ve watched their gardens transform over time. I started using Gardening in Balance about eight years ago after my mom passed away. She was the one who always kept the yard and flower beds looking beautiful. That definitely wasn’t my gift, and I knew if I didn’t do something, my mom was probably looking down from heaven ready to strike me with a lightning bolt for letting the yard go!
I found Terrie through an online search, and from the first time we met, I knew I’d found the right person. She has always been so easy to work with, communicates well, and is worth every penny I’ve spent.
She completely transformed my front and back yard into something I could have never done myself. She knows exactly what to plant so there’s always something blooming during different seasons, and even in the winter, my landscaping still looks beautiful. I get compliments on my yard all the time, and I honestly think she made my house one of the prettiest in the neighborhood.
