Hired on Thumbtack

Nice gentleman. Came out and sent a quote. Quote was not really what we discussed so I reached out many, many times via email, via phone and over thumbtack. I was ready to hire but he said he didn’t get my emails and wanted me to tell him over Thumbtack what I wanted. Was just weird I think he did not want the job so I told him after a week I would move in. He never responded. Usually I don’t even give a week of wait. This tells me that communication would always be a problem.
