Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Our customer service is second to none. We strive to keep every customer happy and willing to refer us to their friends and family. All our employees and subcontractors are polite, clean cut and nicely groomed. We know we are always representing our company whether we are on site or at a vendor picking up supplies. We provide many services. We tell our customers we can handle any project within your fence line. Our goal is to have you hire us in for your next project, whether it be a roof replacement or simply painting your den, and from then on out you call Us for all you needs. We know you will be happy with Backus Construction. We want to be your contractor for life. Seeing the completed project. It's a cliché, but the finished project is what both the contractor and the client want. All the planning and work come down to seeing the final product. Our favorite projects will always be kitchens. They tend to take on a life of their own. The planning phase is critical to any project, but especially in a kitchen. After each project we conduct a recap to highlight our success and failures. What can we learn from these. Our goal is to see if we can become more efficient, to minimize our customers down time. When working in a home, especially if the client is still residing there, life is very difficult without such vital rooms as kitchen and bathrooms. With the proper planning, we have achieved a full, turn key kitchen renovation in under 3 weeks.

Mr. Backus came quickly to give an estimate, and the job was done very well the next day. I would definitely recommend Backus Construction to others.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Planning. Whether it's a simple in and out project or a major renovation. Planning is the key. While not every obstacle will be attacked during this phase, we can eliminate many headaches.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customer referals. We can all build a beautiful website and show you pics of work we have done. Nothing speaks as loud as a previous customer.
