What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tree is different. prices vary on the difficulty of the job and the amount hauled. I have to come out and look at the tree and it's surroundings. Most importantly, help you get what you need accomplished.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me, I drive to their property give them an estimate, complete the job, and receive payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified arborist, trained A class danger climber, and I can easily diagnose tree diseases and give you the right advice to take care of any tree problems.
