Amanda was very quick to respond to my request and was able to come the next day, which was awesome. She came to my house and I walked her around and showed her exactly what rooms to clean. I specifically asked her to vacuum the couch and really get the baseboards because we have a dog that sheds. After I paid her and she left, I walked around the house to see how everything looked. Unfortunately, she did not clean one entire bathroom (the one we bathe our dog in), did not vacuum the couch, some of the baseboards were still dirty and our master shower floor still had lots of visible scum in between the tiles. I messaged her & she apologized & said she would come back out. I appreciated the apology, but for the price I would have expected a detailed cleaning job and that’s not what I received. Will not be having her clean again.
