Before starting any work, I typically do a walkthrough to understand exactly what the customer wants so the estimate is accurate and there are no surprises. My goal is to keep pricing fair, transparent, and aligned with the quality of work being delivered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

2. On-site estimate – Walk through the job and assess scope
3. Written quote – Provide a clear breakdown of labor and materials
