William did an excellent job of moving large pieces of furniture from an upstairs attic down to the garage. These included large bulky pieces that were hard to maneuver in tight spaces and in hot weather. He also moved some furniture from a lower level up steep stairs. When finished, they even put cushions and pillows back in space. He was an excellent communicator and let me know when he was going to be only a few minutes late. We admired his work ethic and professionalism!
