Brandon C. says, "Wow!! is one of the many words that comes to mine. What’s the service I receive from this company . I had a severe electrical issue with the panel box in my home. Adam with Black Bear Electrical was was quick to respond to my message for help. He was very professional with answers to the many questions I was facing with my issue. Just by giving him a quick description, a short video and a few pictures of the electrical issue he was quick to determine a resolution. He was even willing to come and address my issue outside of his normal working hours as this was an emergency. Half of my house had no power for almost a week and the heat alone was driving me crazy. I have spoke with several other electricians and electrical companies who all told me I needed a brand new panel box and that it would cost me close to $2000 for the repairs. I forgiving all these companies, the same information photos and videos that I gave to blackberry Electric . I knew that this was a company I could trust the owner was local to my area and was around the same age as I was after another conversation I knew this was the route to go. I can most definitely say without a doubt in my mind I made the right choice. My issue was solved in less than an hour and nowhere near the cost The other electricians were telling me.. Adam also gave me a few suggestions on how to conserve power and energy and also helped me out with a couple outlets that I had changed myself that were wired wrong. He did all this with a smile on his face and a great conversation, even though my house was extremely hot from not having AC due to the No power issue he continued to work with a smile on his face. I will most definitely be contacting this company again for a few other projects that I have in mind. When it comes to blackbear electric company, I can vouch for this company you cannot go wrong.
