- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you hire me, you get all of me. I will work hard for you using top tier equipment and cleaning products and will restore and refresh your carpets, tile, grout, and upholstery! My pricing is based upon margins, I am not setting out to get all that I can. Please discuss the price with me. I want the work and am happy for the opportunity!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look forward to meeting you and am prepared for business. I will be listening for your point of pain and seek to please! I will set the appointment oblige you, and I will text you to remind us both of our appointment. Once I arrive, I will protect your home, your things and will pay attention to your pets, always careful that they will not escape! I will do the things that I promise and will not try to up-sell you. My intention is not only to complete the tasks that you set forth
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Importantly, I am IICRC certified and I love this type of work! I have cleaned thousands of homes each providing their own sets of experience points and challenges. I have cleaned successfully worked for a company that services John Elway and Mike Shanahan with no complaints.
