I'm a first-time homeowner, had just moved in, and didn't know why air was barely blowing out of my floor vents. Nick did an assessment for free, quickly found the cause, and thankfully no work was needed. The best part was that Nick took the time to educate me on my system, pointing out the different parts of my HVAC, what they do, and how they work together, and what to look for in the future. I feel like I've found the HVAC company I'll be going to for any future issues. Completely confident they will be honest and do a good job. I'm tempted to sign up for their maintenance membership where they come out routinely to check heat, air, plumbing, and electric.

My WiFi thermostat showed the house really hot. I called Rapid Response. He came right away. Fixed the AC, even had the capacitor in his van and it was cool when we got there! Now, that’s RAPID!

We are happy to extend discounts for Active military, Seniors, and our Rapid Club members.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New or Old customers, we will treat you with the highest level of service. There is about 2 minutes of additional questions to get you set up in our system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team goes through rigorous hvac training prior to being field techs with a combined work experience of over 100 years of service.
