I had my first appointment today with, Keely who did an amazing job on my 90 pound husky mix. He is a recent rescue with some issues from his previous life and this was so much easier on him (and me) to have him groomed right at home. Keely was responsive, on time, listened to my pup’s story, and truly wanted to make it an easy experience for him. She was done in no time and he was happy and clean. This service is well worth a little extra money if you have a busy schedule and can’t always make it to the groomer, or if your fur friend is like mine and a bit anxious. My pup did awesome and we have already booked our recurring service to keep him feeling good. 😊

Keely was awesome! So good with my dog who is very skittish and doesn't warm up easy, but the loved Keely right from the start! The groom was great and my fur baby looks beautiful!

High Country K9 was super quick in responding to my request, and compared to some other services, their prices were more in-line with what I was prepared to pay. The scheduler was great & he also responded quickly to a message I left. Keely was very personable & did a great job. The dogs loved her! The only thing that wasn't top-notch was that she was over an hour late, but maybe that's common with mobile groomers? She did communicate with me, which I appreciated. The appointment before mine went long, and I understand things happen. I was ok with it, since I had nowhere to be. If you're on a specific schedule & need them to be somewhat on time, just be aware of that.
