We hired Tura and Matthew to renovate our rental investment cabin. There was LOTS of work to be done and we had a limited budget. Tura was very reliable, gave us a bid at really reasonable prices, and did everything so we could fit the renovation in our budget. They helped us design and choose materials that were cheaper (we mainly shopped at Home Depot and Lowes on their advice) while being good quality. What we did with them: -Creating an new kitchen island space with new cabinets while keeping and restoring some of the orginal cabinets to save on cost. -Changing all the counterops in the kitchen for new wood countertops. -New sink in the kitchen. -Installing new appliances in the kitchen. -New backsplashes. -Completely redone the small downstairs washroom into something more modern with new tiles, new paint, new light etc. -Redo upstairs bathroom, we added a half wall of tiles, changed the floor and the vanity. -Changing all the lights. -Repaint multiple walls. They even repaired our outside deck and painted the outside of our home which wasnt included in our quote, but our exterior contractors literally abandonned us (they gave us a bid and we signed the contract but they never got back to us to even collect the deposit?!), so Tura stepped up and managed this for us as well! And for a reasonable price too which was cheaper than our quote. We are very satisfied with them, their customer service is beyond our expectations and they truly did everything for us so we could have an easy renovation experience. We have had bad experience with contractors in the past (elec and the exterior people) , who were being unreliable, giving us a bid and then adding things and more spending as time goes, but Tura was VERY honest which was what we appreciated the most - that we could trust them.

Should any problem arise, they're always quick to make sure it's resolved. There were lots of clear and patient explanations, which was so nice to take a lot of stress out of our project!
