He came out to fix a broken flange and wax seal on our toilet. He did a great job from what we can tell; it was only fixed a couple days ago but we've had no problems as yet. He was several hours later than our scheduled appointment time due to an emergency elsewhere, but was very polite and quick once he got to our house. We're talking about hiring him for a few other jobs around the house.
