- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate of $51 for the first four hours. After that my rate goes down to $40/hour. If I work at least eight consecutive hours I will only charge $40/hour for all eight hours. If I work only four hours or less I charge $51/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally discuss the project over the phone with the customer and if we think it might be a good fit I will go and look at the project and hopefully do the work while I am there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree with a major in Geology and minor in Chemistry but I just like working with my hands. I have owned residential and commercial property since 1990 and have done my own work on all of my properties. I built my own house a few years ago and love the construction industry. I was a licensed commercial contractor in North Carolina for years and also owned a Century 21 Franchise at the same time so I have been in and around construction for about 30 years.
