- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer and their lifestyle.I like to get to know what dreams they have in mind for their home. It helps me get them the most or better yet the most important things for their home within their budget. So as to maximize their dollar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been learning construction for 30 years. I've over the years have done just about every trade in home building and that knowledge made me a valuable asset to home owners. I have been a project manager, a lead man, a operations manager for a floor store, a subcontractor, and a contractor. My knowledge gives me an advantage because I know the inner workings of the construction business as well as the inner workings of the suppliers. So I know how to make any project run smoothly and efficiently. Which in the overall scope of the business means saving money. That fact is reflected in my prices.
