We recently moved to the area from out of state, and we're looking for a farm where my daughters age 7 and 15 could continue their English riding lessons. The girls also had a desire to show, and not owning a horse ourselves, it was important to find a farm that supported their riders goals by taking lesson students to shows on schooling horses. We have been very happy with Gaitkeeper farm. Beth is an awesome trainer, and I can already see the improvement in my older daughter after just a few short months. The trainers for the younger kids are very patient, yet firm, to keep them on task and focused. The barn has several schooling horses which allows different challenges for the girls as their lessons progress. The facilities are well-kept, and there are several large pastures for the horses. The atmosphere at the farm is low-key and very welcoming. I feel fortunate that we found Gaitkeeper.Mar 29, 2017
Beth is an excellent trainer. She's great with both horse and rider. Her students learn not only to ride but also to care for the horse. The learn how to do everything necessary to show at every level.Mar 13, 2017
My daughter has been riding with "Ms. B" and Katie at Gaitkeeper Farm for several years. We have been extremely pleased with the professionalism as well as the sense of community.Feb 24, 2017
My daughter rides and shows with GKF and it has been a fantastic experience. The facility is beautiful and well-run. The instruction is top-notch with safety being the highest priority. But it is about more than just learning to ride and jump; my daughter is learning important life lessons on responsibility, accountability, teamwork, budgeting and more. I highly recommend!Feb 15, 2017
