- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discounted price of $50 an hour (phone only) for Thumbtack clients. My normal fee is $125 an hour with discounted hourly rates for certain packages. Please see my website at conniehaleylifecoaching.com for more details about packages and offerrings outside of Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer every potential client a no-cost 20 minute phone interview. This ensures that we are a good fit for each other and that I am the correct coach for the results they desire. If we decide to move forward, I have them fill out a detailed int-take form so our first session together is productive and focused on the areas of concern, instead of information gathering. A session is done via phone or Skype and typically lasts one hour. The spacing of the calls is client specific, but is typically every other week. When warranted, I offer "homework" in the form of reading, assignments and worksheets. Completion is always up to the individual client and how dedicated they are to the process. I am avaiable via email in between sessions, if need be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with Martha Beck (Oprah's personal life coach) and am certified with Brooke Castillo and The Life Coach School. I am a certified ColorCode Personality Assessment Facilitator, as well as a Prepare/Enrich Couples Facilitator. I have a Business Degree with a major emphasis on psychology and organizational behavior and am associated with numerous coaching groups and affiliations.
