We hired 360 painting to paint the exterior of our home. They did a great job and we will be using them again in a month to paint the interior.Mary was wonderful and kind throughout the scheduling process, even when we needed to schedule their work around other trades. The project manager Teresa was accessible and answered any questions I had, and the painters including Eric were thorough, kind, and hardworking. Also, they are RRP certified for lead paint, which was important to us since we have a lot to us with a baby on the way.We are so happy with how our house looks, and look forward to working with them again.

Five years ago 360 Paintingpainted the exterior of our house and most of the rooms inside as well. So we called them back to paint our kitchen and living room with a lot of cabinets and trim. Again they were extremely professional from the beginning of the job to the end, coming back for a couple of minor touch-ups. The estimator continued to be onsite for the duration of the project along with another project manager, both checking in with us and the painters to see if they needed anything. The actual painting team protected our furniture and did a superb job with every detail. We're going to have them back in a couple of months to expand our project.

I have not used a professional painting service until now. We purchased our home recently and it was all one color. I do not feel comfortable on a ladder anymore especially with 10 ft ceilings. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually have a phone call interview first to introduce our company and understand what our client's needs are. Then, give them information about different products and services that will help them to better understand the process. We then setup an appointment to see the project and then schedule the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our painters have 20+ years of experience and our company has been around since 2006.
